  3. 2025 — …

    Home nursing management application

    In progress

Business platform that streamlines routing, billing and patient records for home nurses.

Ongoing project where I design and build the modules that support nurses in the field every day: patient management, visit scheduling, billing, reporting. The goal: give them back time so they can spend more of it with their patients.

Management software for a care home

    Archived

Bespoke management tool for a facility welcoming people with disabilities.

Designed and built software that centralises resident records, staff scheduling and daily care tracking. A mission both human and technical: simplify the daily life of teams caring for people with disabilities.

    Banking performance optimization

    Archived

Significant reduction of critical process runtime in a banking environment.

Approach

Who I am and how I work.

27, Belgian, analyst-developer. I build business software in C# and .NET. Internal tools, used every day.

What I care about is usage. A nurse saving ten minutes per patient — that lands.

Alongside my main role, I take on a few side projects. A few examples below.

Work

Alongside. Companies, non-profits, individuals.

  1. Personal IT project

A site, a small app, a tool that automates something. For individuals, non-profits, freelancers. No size minimum — if it's IT and it makes your life easier, let's talk.

  2. Performance audit & optimization

Slow business processes, expensive SQL queries, batches that run all night? Analysis, profiling, targeted refactoring.

  3. Custom business module

Internal tool in C# / .NET on SQL Server. For a field team that needs it to just work, without inheriting a stack they can't maintain.

  4. Architecture & code review

Opinions on architecture choices, code reviews, mentoring teams getting started on .NET.

  5. Teaching & mentoring

Evening classes, mentoring, ramping teams on .NET / SQL. French-speaking Belgium, in person or online.

Skills

What I rely on to ship robust, maintainable software.
